Hello Coach Labs Ambassadors,
We are working diligently through our past delays and are trying to get everything together to make sure that the shipping process runs seamlessly, as we had issues dispatching tracking numbers with the nets and mats.
If you did not receive a tracking number for your net and mat, hold tight. We are in the process of emailing those over, but we do have to do so manually. You will receive your tracking information soon and your nets/mats shortly after.
As for the balls and sensors, those are not long behind. We had a few more delays with production and had to make some changes to the balls before we resumed. We wanted to make sure that we are giving you the product that we promised. We will begin that shipping process soon and you will receive a tracking number this time, AS SOON AS YOUR PARCEL HAS BEEN SHIPPED.

Dear Coach Lab Ambassadors,
We realize many of you may be frustrated and or simply worried following the past delays, but we wanted to contact you to apologize for such delays. The demand for our items had exceeded our expectations, and we have officially solved all bug issues with battery life. That being said, along with the new year, we have some great news - we are READY!
Our customers who ordered the FULL SIM KIT will be receiving tracking numbers for the FIRST part of their expedited order. Regrettably, the balls will not be in the first order, but they will not be far behind. We highly value your patient support and as such, we will be sending the product parts separately as they come (in two orders) so that we get you the product as quickly as possible!
To double up on the good news, the iOS app is available for download in the App Store! We wanted you to be able to get familiar with it before the GEN i2 balls ship, as to aid in maximizing your experience. So if you have iOS devices, download the GEN i2 app and check it out. For Android users, the app won’t be far along and we will update you as soon as we can.

News about your GEN i2 Shipments!

The Nets and Mats are finished and will be arriving in the states soon. Once they arrive we will ship all International shipments and USA shipment at the same time from both our LA and Asian shipping ports.
While finishing our final firmware check up, we had to correct a few minor bugs before we packaged up the balls, so that being said,the balls will be shipping separately AFTER the nets and mats begin to ship right after Chinese New Years is finished. This means that you will receive TWO tracking numbers IF you ordered the FULL SIM KIT.

In other news, our teams is completing the 3rd Golf course which you will be able to download and beta test soon.
We want to apologize and thank you for being loyal backers and ambassadors! We are glad that you understand the constant delays and bugs that happen with this type of release, however WE want to fix them before we ship to you to guarantee that you get the BEST user experience around.

Issues With Locking Addresses

We had a lot of people experiencing issues with confirming their addresses, we have unlocked addresses, so they are now available to change. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL US ABOUT ADDRESS CHANGES, FOLLOW THE LINK BELOW OR THE DIRECTIONS IN YOUR EMAIL!
We are getting ready for fulfillment! What this means is you will want to make sure we have the correct address on file so you get your rewards without issue!
You should have received an email with instructions on how to update your address, but in case you missed it, or you don't have your original survey link, you can use the link below to recover your survey! https://gen-i2-golf-simulator.backerkit.com/
With this link feel free to make changes to your address, but please make sure this is done by 12/31/2018 as we will lock addresses so no further changes can be made.
