After too many delays, we are happy to announce that shipping is ready to commence!
We are going to be sending out an email tomorrow to verify your addresses! Please make sure that you do respond to this email because we want to get you your product as quickly as possible.
We expect that you should have your sensors in the first month of the New Year!

We are working tirelessly to get you the best product that we can so we would like to thank you for your patience. Our CEO has been traveling between our Headquarters and our Production Facilities in Shenzhen China on a weekly basis. We are happy to inform you guys that production is in full force! Once completed, we will begin shipping. As of now, our app teams are working to finish up the game so you guys can download the app and familiarize yourselves with it before actually receiving the balls!
As promised there are copious amounts of training games and courses to practice on! Here are some photos of what the indoor simulation will look like:

Battery Fixed!

Hello Ambassadors,
We got through another hurdle and we are confident that the new battery we have approved will not only hold its power but we were able to add more life to each ball. We are in full production and should ship out the initial GEN i2 balls within the next 30 days.
As we run into unforeseen issues, it lets us know that nothing is impossible to solve.

Shipping Update

Hello Coach Labs Ambassadors,
We are sorry for the delay. We believed that we would be able to get you your product at the end of August, but unfortunately we were unable to do so and we truly apologize.
We hit a snag in production when we noticed that a percentage of the balls still had some battery issues. CEO Jason Koo flew to our Engineering Offices in China to help solve this problem once and for all. After two weeks of resealing golf balls and extensive research, we believe we have solved the problem.
We are finalizing testing now, and will let you know when production has officially re-started.
We are so sorry for this delay, again. We just want to give you the best product that we can.
